Returns
To be eligible for a returns we must be notified of any product or delivery issues within 14 days of dispatch date.
We only accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase.
All items must be returned in their original packaging, unused in a saleable condition.
Refunds
To be eligible for a refunds we must be notified of any product or delivery issue within 14 days of dispatch date.
Once we have received the items we will inspect them and notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved your refund will be credited to your original method of payment.
In cases where special next day delivery or express delivery was selected only the item value will be refunded.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled whilst the items are in transit. Refunds can not be issued when the items are in transit.
Lost or damaged items
Lost parcels will be refunded in full.
We will offer refunds for any items deemed defective by Moicha - these items must be returned prior to exchange in the original, unopened, factory sealed packaging.
Moicha, defines defective items as:
Food Items: Unfit for safe consumption, due to its age, contamination, or packaging damages.
Non-food Item: Unfit for use, due to any visible damages, including breaks, tears, or contamination of any sort.
Moicha is not liable for any loss of goods by Royal mail during the process of delivery to you and your shipping address. In some cases, Moicha may issue a refund at its own discretion. In these cases, the refund will be applied via your original payment method, within a reasonable amount of time.
In all other cases, refund requests will be issued on a case by case basis.
