We are open Mon - Fri 9-5pm
- Orders on the weekend with Special delivery will be dispatched on the following Monday.
- We dispatch all orders within 24 hours of confirmation, Monday to Friday.
- Our daily cut-off for order collection is 9 am. Orders placed after this time will be shipped within 24 hours on the next working day.
- All deliveries are handled by Royal Mail
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 deliveries within the UK typically arrive 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- If you’re not available when delivery is attempted, Royal Mail will leave a “Something for you” card in your letterbox. Your parcel will be taken to your local delivery office, where you can collect it in person. Alternatively, you can arrange a free redelivery to your address or another address within your postcode area, or for a small fee, to your nearest Post Office branch.
- Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for lost parcels caused by incorrect or insufficient address details.
