Orders on the weekend with Special delivery will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Our daily cut-off for order collection is 9 am. Orders placed after this time will be shipped within 24 hours on the next working day.
All deliveries are handled by Royal Mail
If you’re not available when delivery is attempted, Royal Mail will leave a “Something for you” card in your letterbox. Your parcel will be taken to your local delivery office, where you can collect it in person. Alternatively, you can arrange a free redelivery to your address or another address within your postcode area, or for a small fee, to your nearest Post Office branch.
