Ceremonial grade — organic Uji matcha
Stone-ground matcha from Uji, Kyoto, with vivid green colour, smooth umami flavour and a clean finish. JAS organic certified and pesticide-free. Ideal for premium matcha lattes, traditional preparation and food pairings where the matcha is the hero.
Latte grade — built for milk
Full-bodied matcha from Shizuoka that holds its colour and flavour in hot and iced lattes, smoothies and baking. Pesticide-free, consistent season after season.
Because we source directly from our farms in Japan — no brokers, no blenders — the matcha in your tenth order tastes like the matcha in your first.

We supply in the following formats:
- 100g pouches — ideal for lower-volume venues or trialling a new grade. MOQ: 5 units
- 500g pouches — our most popular wholesale size for café use. MOQ: 1 units
- 1kg pouches — best value for high-volume kitchens and larger operations. MOQ: 1 units
At typical serving sizes, our latte grade works out to as little as 20–30p per cup leaving plenty of room for a strong margin at £4–5 a drink.
