Moicha sources ceremonial grade matcha directly from trusted farms in Uji, Kyoto and Shizuoka — two of Japan's most celebrated matcha-growing regions. Our Uji matcha is JAS organic certified, sourced from a 180-year family farm; our Shizuoka matcha is grown on a solar-powered, pesticide-free estate.

Every grade is 100% pure matcha powder — no additives, fillers or blends. All are independently lab-tested, EU pesticide-compliant and ISO certified.
