1. Sift
Sift 1/2 tsp (1g) to 1 tsp (2g) of matcha powder into a bowl, then pour 70–100ml of hot water (~80°c) to prepare for whisking.
2. Whisk
Whisk briskly in a zig-zag (M or W) motion for about 20 seconds, until the matcha is fully blended and frothy.
3. Pour
Pour the matcha into your cup and whisk until smooth. For a creamy latte, add your favourite plant-based milk and enjoy.

Latte Grade:For the creator. The bold, earthy base for your morning latte, afternoon smoothie, or favorite matcha dessert.
How do I clean my whisk?
Rinse thoroughly under warm water immediately after use. For best results, air dry in a whisk holder to maintain its shape.Not dishwasher safe. Please avoid soap, as it can absorb flavors and odors.
How much matcha do I use for a serving?
Start with about 1 gram (roughly one heaping teaspoon) of ceremonial matcha. This is the perfect amount for a balanced cup, delivering rich flavor and a gentle energy boost. Feel free to adjust the portion to your personal taste—if you're new to matcha or sensitive to caffeine, try starting with a smaller serving.
Is my matcha set dishwasher safe?
To preserve your matcha set, we recommend hand washing with water only and allowing it to air dry completely. Please note that it is not dishwasher safe.
