Our matcha sets include everything you need to create the perfect cup of matcha.
Sift 1/2 tsp (1g) to 1 tsp (2g) of matcha powder into a bowl, then pour 70–100ml of hot water (~80°c) to prepare for whisking.
Whisk briskly in a zig-zag (M or W) motion for about 20 seconds, until the matcha is fully blended and frothy.
Pour the matcha into your cup and whisk until smooth. For a creamy latte, add your favourite plant-based milk and enjoy.
