Prepare matcha the traditional way

Sift
Sift 1–2g of matcha into a bowl using the spoon. Add 70–100ml of hot water (80°C).

Whisk
Whisk the matcha in a zig-zag motion for about 20 seconds, until fully blended and frothy, with no clumps remaining.

Pour
Pour the matcha into a cup. Enjoy it pure with water, or add plant-based milk to make your favourite matcha latte.
